Bliss Beauty Calgary collects only the information you choose to give us, and only so that we can answer you and look after your appointment.

What we collect

When you send a message or a training enquiry through this site, we collect the name, email address, phone number and message you type into the form.

When you book an appointment on this site, your name, email address, mobile number and any note you add are sent straight to Square Appointments, the booking system we use. Square keeps your booking and your client record, sends the texts and emails about your appointment, and handles that information under its own privacy policy. This site does not keep a copy. If you book through Square's own booking page instead, you give those details to Square directly.

Why we collect it

To reply to your enquiry, to confirm and manage your appointment, and to keep the treatment notes a safe service requires. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone except the service providers who run this site and our booking system.

How long we keep it

Enquiry messages are kept for as long as we need them to answer you and keep a record of your treatment history. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use it, such as which pages are read and how people find us, so we can improve it. Google Analytics sets cookies and collects information like the pages you visit, your approximate location and the device you use. It does not tell us who you are. You can opt out with Google's analytics opt-out browser add-on, or by blocking cookies in your browser.

We do not use advertising cookies. The booking system sets its own cookies when you use it.

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Write to us at the email address on the contact page, or call the studio, and we will action it.
